Pole Dance Choreography: Levels TBD
Learn a 1-2 minute choreo online that will teach you the art of musicality and focus heavily on telling the songs' story while you learn to hit those satisfying beats in the music. This is a more technically based class and pre-resequites include; comfortability in pirouettes, fan kicks, and serving attitude! Taught by @thebaby_yaga

Low Flow Spin Tricks (BEG/INT)
This a spin pole low flow-based tricks class. Learn some strength-building beautiful transitions that will act as conditioning and will never require you to invert. Great for those that are still at the beginning of their spin journey as we will combine light choreo around the pole and spinning low tricks that rarely require more than one climb (if that). Taught by @thebaby_yaga

Floorwork (BEG/INT)
You can't just pole dance your whole routine. So meet us on the floor, where the air is cooler and we have way more freedom with our movement. This class can be heels or no heels and we will work on sexy ways to crawl, kip, shoulder roll, split, and tantalize the audience with your legs. Taught by @thebaby_yaga

Handstand (All Levels)
Step up your handstand game while getting a great workout! This class is for all levels and will include drills to begin and progress your hand-balancing journey. A wall is required for this class and you will receive verbal cues and adjustments from the instructor which will give you your own homework to practice on. Rome wasn't built in a day so you have to keep coming to class if you want to see improvement. Taught by @thatupsidedownbitch.

Booty Band Exercises (All Levels)
Although pole is a great full-body exercise, there are few moves that help specifically target your glutes so you can grow them. We know we have our upper body workout's down. In this class we will spend 45 minutes pumping, toning and shaping our booty so we can finally give our peaches the extra attention it deserves! Taught by @thebaby_yaga

Intro to Contortion (All Levels)
Unless you have some sort of dance or gymnastics background, a lot of us start pole and are humbled by the amount of flexibility it takes to continue progressing. For those that are ready to take their movement to a whole new level, we have our resident contortionist @outlawelle that will help mold you into a pretzel on and off the pole.
